Latino Studies House

Renovations and additions to a mid-nineteenth century, wood-framed structure on the Dartmouth College campus created a new residential facility to house an academic affinity program for Latin American Studies. Improvements were undertaken to meet current building code and ADA requirements while maintaining the residential character, scale, and historic details of this large house located on the edge of the college campus in an established residential neighborhood.
