Beverly Farms Renovation

This phased project was implemented over three successive seasons. The first phase included roof and dormer reconstruction, entry porch redesign, roofing repairs and a deep energy retrofit. The second phase comprised a new three season screened porch, new pool house and a rebuilt pool deck. The third phase completed renovations to the kitchen, family room, pantry and mudroom.  The circulation of the house was improved so that the kitchen now functions as the focus of both outdoor and indoor living spaces. The kitchen is highly functional for the active family but contributes a strong aesthetic statement to the core of the house.
