Alex Kim, AIA
Alex is a graduate of The Cooper Union School of Architecture, earning a B. Arch in 2002. He joined the firm in 2016 after gaining experience at several firms in New York City where he worked on a variety of project types, from hospitality to high end residential. He appreciates how well-designed spaces can shape everyday life and believes sustainable design is one of the principal responsibilities of an architect. He is licensed in Vermont.
After earning an MFA from The Center for Cartoon Studies in White River Junction, Vermont, he settled in the Upper Valley in 2010 with his partner, Amanda Ann. He can be found “refining” his carpentry skills while they slowly but surely rehabilitate their mid-century home in Hartland, Vermont.
