Dartmouth LALACS House
A mid-19th century wood-framed residence located where the Dartmouth College campus transitions to a residential neighborhood was renovated and enlarged to create a residential facility for students and visiting scholars from the Latin American, Latino and Caribbean Studies Program. Improvements were undertaken to meet current building codes and to make the building fully accessible while maintaining the residential character, scale and historic details of one of Dartmouth’s oldest buildings.
