Greek Revival Restored
This c.1830 Greek Revival village home had few alterations, but had become dilapidated. The details of the cape were restored while the ell was substantially re-planned to create an open flow linking the living spaces. The kitchen is now the focus of the house, receiving natural light from both the east and west. New bathrooms connect to each of the three bedrooms, as well as a guest suite. The design extends the clean, classic lines of the original house, while the updated systems and improved insulation result in a comfortable and attractive home.
