Norwich Inn Expansion
The Norwich Inn expansion knits two new freestanding buildings into the architectural fabric of the village. The sustainable design adheres to smart-growth principles by expanding a facility within walking distance of public transportation, banks, restaurants, shopping and post office. The expansion provides 18 new guest rooms in the two-story Greek Revival style Annex and four guest rooms and an innkeeper’s apartment in the Shingle Style guest house. The buildings are designed to complement the scale, detailing and the Victorian character of the historic Norwich Inn.
